Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Trouble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dave Johnson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Dave Johnson has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Jonathan Paton and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson shoots in for a takedown but Trouble shows good takedown defense.
Johnson throws the left hand but Trouble avoids the punch easily.
Trouble shoots in and bounces Johnson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Trouble scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Trouble content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Johnson striking off his back but it's not causing Trouble any problems.
Trouble is pushing down on Johnson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Johnson is fighting to maintain full guard but Trouble has managed to sneak the leg through.
Trouble seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Johnson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Johnson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Trouble scores with a couple of nice shots.
Trouble working the head and body with strikes.
It looks like Dave Johnson has been cut.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
Trouble works his way into side control.
Trouble is chipping away with strikes.
Dave Johnson's cut is getting worse.
Trouble lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Johnson is rocked!
Jeez, Dave Johnson's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Dave Johnson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
