The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a nice inside leg kick.
Jones tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jones fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Najman is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones connects with a body shot that sends Najman's belly button to the back.
Jones throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Najman stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Jones follows into mount!
It looks like Marcin Najman has been cut.

Jones can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Najman is looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jones misses with a head shot.

Najman manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Najman looking for submissions off his back.
Jones is trying to control the action in half guard but Najman is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Jones is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Jim Jones has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Jones misses with a head kick.
Jones lands a big head kick that sends Najman to the canvas! Jones follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
