Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emelianenko lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Emelianenko stuffs the takedown attempt from Hussein. Hussein gets slowly back to his feet. Hussein darts in trying to clinch and Emelianenko counters with a lovely shot to the body. Hussein moves to clinch but Emelianenko breaks away and Emelianenko counters with a lovely straight right hand! Emelianenko misses with a hook. Hussein ducked under it nicely. Hussein takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hussein swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hussein changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Emelianenko tries to avoid it but Hussein manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Emelianenko to the ground. Emelianenko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Hussein showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Emelianenko.
Hussein fails with a takedown attempt. Aleksander Emelianenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krammer Hussein.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hussein tries for a takedown but Emelianenko circles away easily and Emelianenko counters with a straight right hand. Emelianenko lands with a good body shot. Hussein fails with a takedown attempt. Hussein looks gassed! No luck with that takedown attempt from Hussein. Hussein shoots in for a takedown but Emelianenko shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Aleksander Emelianenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Emelianenko throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hussein on the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Emelianenko works Hussein's body with a nice hook. Aleksander Emelianenko is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Emelianenko lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Hussein is looking to close the distance but Emelianenko sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Hussein crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Hussein is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
