Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Happy Face (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pabs Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Happy Face has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor misses with an uppercut. Face saw that one coming.

Taylor rushes Face and presses him up against the cage.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Taylor.
Face lands a body punch in the clinch.
Face is trying to force a seperation but Taylor has the dominant position.

Taylor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Taylor circles away from the clinch attempt.
Face tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Taylor counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Taylor is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Face looks like he's trying to stand up.
Taylor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Taylor is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Face tries to buck Taylor off but Taylor takes his back!
Face is trying to get back to his feet but Taylor has full control of the position and if anything, Face has just worked his way into a worse spot.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Face is trying to get back to his feet but Taylor has full control of the position and if anything, Face has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Taylor lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Taylor is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Face is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Taylor cracks Face with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Face from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

Taylor is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Face has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Taylor has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Face taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Taylor doesn't care though - he's delighted!
