Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Danny Cattermole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Stroud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Stroud's choice of entrance music: Vallenfyre - Iconoclast. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Tom Stroud enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stroud displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Cattermole.
Cattermole attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

The fight stays on the outside here - Stroud looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Stroud tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cattermole paws at him with a jab and circles away.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Tom Stroud hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Cattermole has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Stroud is trying to keep an underhook but Cattermole manages to get the takedown into half guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Stroud is nestled in close to Cattermole, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Stroud lands a strong strike to the head of Cattermole. That's dazed him! Stroud looking to finish here. Cattermole is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Stroud lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
