The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Te Mako. That did some damage!
Savage throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Te Mako's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Savage is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Te Mako's shoulder. That is not cool.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
You can see the frustration on Te Mako's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Te Mako regains half guard there - taking advantage of Savage's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Savage goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Savage scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Te Mako moves forwards but Savage connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Savage throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Te Mako colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Savage as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Te Mako is left battered and dazed whilst Savage and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Randy Savage!
