Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between steven segal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). segal comes to the cage accompanied by Rock you like a hurricane. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angle tries a head kick but it misses.
segal uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Angle.
Angle throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

segal has managed to clinch.
segal keeps control of Angle as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Angle tries to pull guard but segal won't allow it.
segal wants to break free but Angle has control.

segal is pressed up against the cage. Angle has hold of a leg and is looking to drag segal down to the mat. segal avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Some bone on bone action there as segal checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Angle tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but segal swivels and escapes.

Angle had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. segal is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Angle Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take segal's back instead.

segal postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Angle is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of segal, into his guard.
