Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sin Cara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Chambler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chambler throws a series of punches but Cara moves out of range.
Chambler misses with a combination
and Cara counters with a three punch combo that has Chambler backing up. Chambler nods at Cara to acknowledge the strikes.

Chambler throws a nice looking combination but Cara bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Chambler misses with a jab, cross combination.
Cara could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cara showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Chambler.
Chambler rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cara moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Chambler misses with a jab, cross combination.
Cara closes the distance but Chambler moves to the side
and Chambler counters with a one-two to the body.
Chambler lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cara circles away quickly and effectively.
Chambler throws a right and a left that Cara avoids nicely.
Cara avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cara throws a sloppy head kick and Chambler moves out of range easily.
Chambler throws a left and a right that both miss

and Cara counters with a shoot takedown. Chambler fights it but they end up in guard.

Cara is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Chambler is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Chambler has escaped and now he's on top!

Chambler gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

No joy there for Chambler, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cara tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Chambler counters with a series of strikes. Cara will be more careful next time no doubt.
Joe Chambler is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cara shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chambler as he jumps to the side.

and Cara counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Chambler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cara.

Chambler looks to land a combination but Cara avoids it well.
Horrible takedown by Cara or perhaps it was just good defense by Chambler which made him look bad.

Cara tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chambler swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Joe Chambler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

and Chambler counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Chambler lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
No joy there for Chambler, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Chambler takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Cara shoots in looking for a takedown but Chambler manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Cara's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Cara shoots in and drives through. Chambler sprawls well.
Cara tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Chambler paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Cara misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Sin Cara has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

and Cara counters with a head kick. That will keep Chambler thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Joe Chambler comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Chambler winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
