Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandr Yermolai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pain Statement (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yermolai comes to the cage accompanied by Hollywood Undead: UNDEAD . Statement has chosen Statement of Pain as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Pain Statement is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Statement missing with a left hand there. Yermolai was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Yermolai waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Statement.
Statement jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Statement moves away from the strike by Yermolai .
Yermolai feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Statement can do anything to dispel that myth.
Yermolai is trying to work for a kimura but Statement is defending well.

Yermolai is looking to advance position but Statement won't allow it.

Yermolai is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Statement is just riding it out for now. Yermolai eventually gives up the hold.
Yermolai has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Statement defend it? Yermolai steps over the head and cranks it - Statement is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Yermolai !

Aleksandr Yermolai decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
