The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brooker shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Paristo manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Brooker keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Paristo's head.

Brooker shoots for a double leg takedown but Paristo sprawls well. He's pushed Brooker's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Brooker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Paristo as he jumps to the side.
Paristo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Paristo cracks Brooker with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Brooker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Paristo as he jumps to the side.

Paristo looks to land a right hand but Brooker moved out of range.
Brooker closes the distance and clinches up with Paristo, looking for a takedown. Brooker pushes Paristo against the cage but Paristo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Brooker wants to break free but Paristo has control.
Brooker is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Paristo pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Paristo misses with a short punch on the inside.
Paristo lands a nice uppercut.
Paristo has a couple of punches blocked by Brooker.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Paristo creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Brooker has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Paristo uses from the top position.
Brooker wants to sweep here but Paristo controlling him for the moment.

Paristo avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Paristo is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Brooker has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Paristo is looking to defend but Brooker has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Paristo! Brooker pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Paristo taps out and this one is all over!
