Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pain Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akeno Delroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peters kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is BringThe Pain. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 17 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pain Peters! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Akeno Delroy! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Dean Styles and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peters shoots in for a takedown but Delroy shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Peters keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Delroy. Delroy scores with a leg kick.
Peters shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Delroy throws the kick towards the body but Peters avoids it. Delroy stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pain Peters. That's going to take a lot out of him. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Delroy.

Delroy quickly recovers to half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Delroy manages to get to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Peters prevents Delroy from getting back to his feet. Delroy tries to land a sweep but no joy. Peters pushes down on Delroy's leg and manages to get into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Peters is looking for a kimura here.

Peters wants to control his opponent's hands but Delroy gets his hands free. I really don't envy Peters right now.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Peters shoots in and drives through. Delroy sprawls well. Delroy circles away from the clinch attempt.
Peters fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Peters gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Delroy counters with a nice uppercut. Delroy connects with a leg kick. Peters looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Delroy moves in looking to clinch but Peters pushes him off. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Delroy darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Peters tries to score with a low kick but Delroy moves his leg out of the way. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Delroy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Delroy thumps Peters with a low kick. Peters shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Delroy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Peters is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Delroy is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Delroy has escaped and now he's on top! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pain Peters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Peters drives through with a takedown into guard. Peters tries to free his leg and advance position but Delroy is retaining full guard. Peters thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Delroy keeping full guard, as Peters tries to pass. Peters is working hard here to advance position. Peters postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Delroy is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Peters, into his guard. Delroy sitting in guard here, content to control.

Delroy content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Delroy seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Peters does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Delroy is positioning himself well to prevent Peters advancing to mount. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Delroy wants to control but Peters is keeping busy.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Akeno Delroy. Some bone on bone action there as Peters checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Delroy pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Delroy feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Peters's calf. Delroy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Peters. Nope, Delroy circles away and we're back to standing. Delroy lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Peters shoots for a takedown but Delroy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Delroy throws out a powerful jab. Nice cross by Peters. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Peters tries to clinch but Delroy is having none of it. Peters's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Delroy connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Peters scrambles back to his feet. Delroy throws a quick inside leg kick. Delroy has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Peters tries for a takedown but Delroy circles away easily and Delroy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Delroy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Peters. Peters on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Akeno Delroy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Akeno Delroy has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Delroy wants to clinch up but Peters keeps it at a distance. Delroy tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Peters is able to avoid easily.

Peters closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Peters is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Delroy knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Delroy is trying to get back to half guard. Delroy is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Delroy is trying to control Peters's posture but Peters avoids it. Delroy sneaks back into half guard. Peters is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Peters seems to be working for a kimura but Delroy defends the submission attempt. Peters is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Delroy defends it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Peters is trying to work for a kimura but Delroy is defending well.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Delroy keeping control of the position. Akeno Delroy is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Delroy pushes Peters off and gets back to his feet. Peters walks forward, straight into a front kick from Delroy. A head kick from Delroy lands but Peters takes it in his stride. Nice body punch from Delroy. Peters has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Delroy. Delroy checks a low kick from Peters. Pain Peters has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Peters misses with a wild body shot. Peters shoots in looking for a takedown but Delroy manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Peters's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Delroy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Delroy lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Delroy lands a nice leg kick that just misses Peters's sensitive parts. Delroy forces Peters back against the cage and clinches. Delroy lands a body shot. Delroy pushes Peters back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Delroy working some nice short punches in the clinch. Peters drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Delroy gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pain Peters. That's going to take a lot out of him. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Delroy's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Akeno Delroy. I've got Delroy winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
