Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Gary Armstrong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Drew Brees!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brees swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brees tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Armstrong was well out of range. Poor timing from Brees.
Brees fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Armstrong uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Brees.
Armstrong avoids the body shot from Brees.
Brees jabs at Armstrong's body.
Brees is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Armstrong rather than just go for the knockout.
Armstrong is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Armstrong ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Armstrong no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

A frustrated look appears on Brees's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Brees tries to circle away but Armstrong has him pinned against the cage.
Armstrong tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Brees breaks the clinch.
Brees slaps away a takedown attempt from Armstrong, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Brees stuns Armstrong with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Brees scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Armstrong doesn't seem bothered though.
Brees punishes Armstrong's body with a nice straight punch.
Armstrong on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Brees lands with a nice body punch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Well Brees has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
