Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Evan Stout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Old Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Evan Stout! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Old Man! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stout slaps away a takedown attempt from Man, before circling back to the center of the mat. Stout fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Man shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stout as he avoids it easily. Man gets tackled into the cage by Stout. Stout maintains the clinch. Stout scores with a knee to the head.
It looks like Old Man has been cut. Stout avoiding damage.
Man tries for a takedown. No joy.
Evan Stout has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Old Man. A nice glancing elbow lands by Stout. Stout has Man pressed against the cage.
Stout misses with a knee to the head. Stout can't break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stout breaks from the clinch.
Stout tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Man manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Man shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stout defends it nicely. Stout moves into the clinch successfully.

Man looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Man seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Stout blocking the ground and pound attempt from Man. Man throwing shots but Stout is blocking nicely. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. That's three minutes gone in the round. Man controlling the action here. Stout tries to roll over but Man keeps him under control. Stout is breathing heavily. That's four minutes gone in the round. Man wants to work for an arm triangle but Stout is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Man throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Stout to regain full guard. Stout trying to control the position.

Man is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Man shoots in looking for a takedown but Stout manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Man's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Stout throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Stout is looking to clinch but Man is avoiding it.
Man looks for a takedown but Stout sprawls well. Stout tries to clinch but Man moves out of range. Man tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Stout swivels and escapes. Evan Stout has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Old Man. Stout leaves Man with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Man throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Man is breathing heavily. Stout throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Stout doesn't manage to clinch there - Man circles away.
Stout pushes Man up against the cage in a clinch. Stout has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Stout lands an elbow that stopped Man in his tracks for a moment. Stout misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Man.
Stout escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stout connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Stout tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Stout tries to clinch up. Stout tries to close the distance and clinch up but Man swats him away and circles back towards the center. Stout fails in his attempt to clinch. Man drives through with a takedown into guard. Man is working Stout over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Man has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Man throws a strike but Stout rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Stout drops back looking for a leg! Man is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Man manages to kick Stout off! Stout jumps back into Man's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Man wants to sweep here but Stout controlling him for the moment. Man is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Stout frees his head nicely. Oh but Man has switched to an armbar! Stout is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
