The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powers tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Peraemetsae looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Powers wants to clinch up but Peraemetsae keeps it at a distance.
Powers lands a big uppercut and Peraemetsae crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Peraemetsae looks OK.
Peraemetsae is rocked!
It looks like Jussi Peraemetsae has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Powers slows the pace down in half guard.
Peraemetsae is still on wobbly legs! Can Powers finish him?
Powers uses his free foot to push down on Peraemetsae's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Peraemetsae.
Powers raining down shots from the mount!
Powers stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Powers takes the fight into the clinch.
Powers breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Peraemetsae shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Powers lands with a right and another and another! Peraemetsae is in big trouble! Powers lands again and this time it's lights out for Peraemetsae! A quality knockout there for Powers.
