The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson moves in looking to clinch but WerbenJaegerManJensen pushes him off.
WerbenJaegerManJensen throws a hook but Jackson blocks it.

Jackson looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
WerbenJaegerManJensen wants to get back to his feet but Jackson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
WerbenJaegerManJensen trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Jackson works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Jackson is just content to waste time from the top position. WerbenJaegerManJensen takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
WerbenJaegerManJensen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Jackson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kilo Jackson.
Jackson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jackson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but WerbenJaegerManJensen swivels and escapes.
Jackson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and WerbenJaegerManJensen connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jackson scrambles back to his feet.

Jackson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. WerbenJaegerManJensen quickly recovers to half guard.
