The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lashley misses with a double jab.
Luke Lashley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Luke Lashley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Lashley lands with a nice combination. Iori backs away looking to recover.
Iori shoots in looking for a takedown. Lashley tries to sprawl out of it but Iori keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lashley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lashley's jab looks to have found its range, popping Iori under the eye.

A bone on bone clash there as Iori blocks the leg kick.
Lashley tries to bum rush Iori with a series of wild strikes but Iori uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lashley enables Iori to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lashley manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Watanabe Iori.
I think Iori has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
