Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Liam Andrei Revilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Pearce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Revilla comes into the arena with The Ice Cream Song blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Adam Pearce!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Revilla misses with a wild combination.
Pearce lands a head shot.
It looks like Liam Andrei Revilla has been cut.
Revilla gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Pearce misses with a wild combination.
Pearce lands a jab to Revilla's midsection.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pearce fails with the takedown.
Pearce misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pearce lands a left and a right that send Revilla crashing to the mat, dazed. Pearce thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Horrible takedown by Pearce or perhaps it was just good defense by Revilla which made him look bad.
Revilla ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pearce moves away.
Pearce swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pearce scores with a decent looking hook.
Pearce changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Revilla looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Revilla is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Revilla is breathing heavily.
Pearce decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Pearce misses with a double jab.
Pearce stuns Revilla with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Liam Andrei Revilla's cut is getting worse.
Pearce shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Pearce slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Pearce lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Adam Pearce!
