The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sear as he avoids it easily.
Mason looks to score with a jab to the body but Sear is just out of range.
Marshall Mason seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sear throws out a powerful jab.
Mason throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Sear is looking for a sweep. Mason is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Sear is defending against the submission attempts here by Mason.
