Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Van Damme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justus Sheehan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damme comes to the cage accompanied by Fight to Survive. Sheehan has chosen All Day n Night as his entrance music. Justus Sheehan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Justus Sheehan!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheehan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Damme as he jumps to the side.

Sheehan tries to keep at a distance but Damme has taken the fight into the clinch.
Sheehan drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Damme taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Sheehan wants to break free but Damme has control.
Damme misses with a hook to the ribs.
Damme tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Sheehan's elbow.
Damme lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Damme tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Sheehan wants to take the fight to the mat but Damme manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Van Damme has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justus Sheehan.
Damme lands with a left to the head.
Damme is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Damme makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Sheehan goes for a takedown attempt but Damme pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Sheehan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Horrible takedown by Sheehan or perhaps it was just good defense by Damme which made him look bad.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sheehan is defended easily by Damme.
Sheehan tries for a takedown but Damme sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sheehan shoots in but no luck this time.
Damme connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Sheehan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Damme swivels and escapes.
Sheehan looks gassed!
Damme scores with a jab to the body.
Damme cracks Sheehan with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Damme rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sheehan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Damme throws a combination. Sheehan tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Justus Sheehan has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sheehan tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Damme takes the fight into the clinch.
Damme lands a right hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sheehan is working for takedown but Damme is calmly controlling the position for now.
Damme presses Sheehan against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Damme breaks from the clinch.
Damme turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Damme.
Sheehan tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Damme moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Damme lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Damme has managed to clinch.
Damme scores with a shot to the side of Sheehan's head.
Damme lands with a right to the head.
Damme lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Damme scores with a shoulder strike.

Sheehan is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Damme is defending well.

Damme lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Sheehan is rocked!

Sheehan is still on wobbly legs! Can Damme finish him?

Damme's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sheehan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Damme tries to avoid it but Sheehan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Damme to the ground. Damme escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Damme lands a big head kick that sends Sheehan to the canvas! Damme follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
