Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pierre Fransua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devan Govatos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fransua comes to the cage accompanied by Costello - Profite. Govatos has chosen Six Foot Seven as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fransua shoots in looking for a takedown. Govatos tries to sprawl out of it but Fransua keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Govatos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fransua fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Govatos lands with a nice combination. Fransua backs away looking to recover.
Fransua looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well Govatos has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
