Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergey Kharitonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wolfe Levitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kharitonov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Guf - Для Неё. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sergey Kharitonov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wolfe Levitt! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kharitonov avoids a kick to the body.
Levitt throws a sloppy head kick and Kharitonov moves out of range easily. Levitt tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Kharitonov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Levitt was covering up waiting for the punch and Kharitonov finishes the takedown easily into guard. Kharitonov is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Levitt keeping full guard, as Kharitonov tries to pass. Levitt is trying to keep Kharitonov in close.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kharitonov controls from within his opponent's guard. Kharitonov seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Levitt for as long as he can get away with.
Sergey Kharitonov has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. A big right from Levitt misses. Levitt throws a head kick that misses. Levitt shoots in for a double leg but Kharitonov sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Levitt fails with the takedown and Kharitonov counters with a nice double leg into side control. Levitt won't be happy with that. Kharitonov slows the pace down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kharitonov in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Kharitonov is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Levitt's shoulder. That is not cool. Levitt is looking for a sweep. Levitt manages to work his way to half guard, despite Kharitonov's best efforts. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kharitonov tries to pass the half guard into mount. Levitt knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Kharitonov with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Levitt trying to control but Kharitonov postures up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Sergey Kharitonov wasn't doing enough on the ground. Levitt fails with the takedown and Kharitonov counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Levitt's guard now. Sergey Kharitonov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wolfe Levitt. Levitt looks gassed!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Levitt looking for submissions off his back. Kharitonov content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kharitonov thows a huge punch but Levitt dodges it nicely.

and Kharitonov counters with a single leg into guard. Levitt didn't expect that. Kharitonov lands a couple of decent looking shots. Kharitonov controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Levitt looking for subs off his back but Kharitonov has passed one foot through into half guard.
Levitt is breathing heavily. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kharitonov in particular looking to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Levitt is trying to stand up here but Kharitonov is controlling him well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Levitt tries to roll over but Kharitonov keeps him under control. This has been an exciting period of action! Kharitonov moves into full mount! Levitt won't be happy about that! Levitt takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kharitonov controlling the pace for now. Kharitonov landing punches.

Kharitonov is landing with some decent strikes but Levitt is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Kharitonov dominating with strikes here. Kharitonov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kharitonov is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Levitt is surviving well by controlling Kharitonov's body position as best he can. Levitt tries to reverse the position but Kharitonov maintains control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kharitonov's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Levitt trying to control from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sergey Kharitonov. Levitt tries to clinch but Kharitonov moves away and Kharitonov holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Kharitonov gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Kharitonov has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Kharitonov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Levitt can do to turn this around? The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Kharitonov is working Levitt over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Levitt being controlled here, momentarily.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Kharitonov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Kharitonov happy to just control the position for now. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
