Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Luis Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Le Clarke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Le Clarke sprawls well initially but Silva persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Silva looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Silva knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Le Clarke on the ground.
Silva is looking to stand up but Le Clarke won't let him.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Le Clarke wants to improve his position but Silva is controlling well.

Silva is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Luis Silva dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Le Clarke scores a takedown into full mount!

Le Clarke stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Silva shoots in and drives through. Le Clarke sprawls well.
Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Le Clarke shoots in for a takedown but Silva shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Le Clarke swats away the attempt to clinch by Silva.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Silva is on top in guard.
Eric Le Clarke has got the better of the ground game so far.

Silva slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Le Clarke pushes Silva off and scrambles back to his feet.

Silva gets caught napping as Le Clarke dives in and scores a takedown. Silva manages to retain guard.

Le Clarke decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

and Silva counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Silva.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Le Clarke looking for a triangle here. Silva is fighting it but it looks tight! Le Clarke pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Silva is tapping out - this one is all over!
