Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Block Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximus Meridius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddell comes to the cage accompanied by Slayer - Raining Blood. Meridius has chosen Sexion d'Assaut - Desole as his entrance music. Block Liddell is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Block Liddell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Maximus Meridius!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meridius moves into range and clinches up with Liddell.
Liddell is trying to break the clinch but Meridius has him pressed against the cage.
Liddell blocks the elbow strike.
Meridius breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Meridius tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Liddell was well out of range. Poor timing from Meridius.
Liddell throws a leg kick which misses Meridius's front leg but catches the back leg as Meridius tries to avoid it.
Meridius just misses with a punch to the body.
Liddell misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Meridius. That snapped Liddell's head back.
Meridius tries to land a front kick but Liddell steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Liddell throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Meridius keeps Liddell at a distance using the push kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Meridius throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Meridius ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Liddell is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A big right from Meridius misses.
Meridius misses with a two punch combination.
Liddell pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Meridius closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Liddell! Meridius dives in looking to finish! Liddell is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Maximus Meridius!
A relieved looking Maximus Meridius thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
