Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Kaletta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marcus Rose! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Kaletta! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Nard Betker and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kaletta moves into range and clinches up with Rose. Rose tries to stall but Kaletta uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Rose wants to break free but Kaletta has control.
Kaletta is looking for a takedown. Rose breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kaletta tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rose swivels and escapes. Kaletta looks for a takedown but Rose sprawls well. Marcus Rose has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Kaletta. Kaletta scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The fighters are battling for position here. Rose manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Rose controls Kaletta momentarily but Kaletta frees himself. Rose lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Kaletta! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rose working for a submission but Kaletta is keeping him at bay.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rose in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Rose unloads with some shots from mount but Kaletta bucks and avoids them well.
Rose looking to control but Kaletta is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Rose looking to control and managing it successfully. Rose has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rose misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Rose trying to control but he's not successful this time. Rose is working for a guillotine from mount but Kaletta frees his head quite easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kaletta is working to get back to half guard.
Rose wants to control the pace but Kaletta is squirming around nicely. Kaletta can't escape the position.
Kaletta is squirming around, avoiding Rose's attempts to control the action. Rose controlling the position easily from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rose scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Kaletta?
Rose trying to control but Kaletta is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kaletta tries to lock up and control but Rose gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rose can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kaletta is looking to escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rose content just to control the position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marcus Rose dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Rose misses with a head kick.
Rose throws a nice inside leg kick. Kaletta staying out of range there. Rose stuffs the takedown. Kaletta uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rose.
Kaletta shoots in looking for a takedown but Rose manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kaletta's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Kaletta has Rose up against the cage in a clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Rose fails to land. Rose is struggling to control the position. Rose misses with a punch to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rose breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kaletta misses with a takedown attempt and Rose counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Mario Kaletta has been cut. Marcus Rose has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Kaletta. Kaletta is breathing heavily. Kaletta leaves his chin hanging out and Rose seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Kaletta crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marcus Rose! A relieved looking Marcus Rose thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
