Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ross Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Band Aid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Band Aid comes into a darkened arena with his song building. YMCA by The Village People kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Band Aid fails to land the takedown.
Hunter doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Band Aid is looking to clinch but Hunter is avoiding it.
Hunter feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Hunter drops down looking for an ankle pick but Band Aid pulls his leg out and moves away.

Band Aid has Hunter pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hunter manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Band Aid jumps guard but Hunter stands there with Band Aid around his waist. Band Aid gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hunter unloads a knee to the mid-section. Band Aid lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Band Aid tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hunter smiles and moves away.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hunter looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Band Aid doesn't manage to clinch there - Hunter circles away.

Hunter has hold of Band Aid's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Band Aid manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Band Aid is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Hunter misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hunter, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
