And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Serious Snap!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snap misses with a two punch combination.
Snap throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Piaskun makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Snap really felt that one!
Piaskun turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Snap fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Snap looks gassed!

and Piaskun counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Snap's guard now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Snap avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Snap can do anything to dispel that myth.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Piaskun throws a wild body kick that Snap sees coming a mile off.
Piaskun feints and then cracks Snap's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Snap down.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Piaskun lets loose with a powerful body kick. Snap will feel that in the morning.

Snap looks to land a combination but Piaskun avoids it well.

Piaskun dives in and scores a takedown into Snap's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Piaskun cracks the inside of Snap's front leg.
Snap tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Piaskun shoots in for a takedown but Snap shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Piaskun throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Piaskun lands with a nice body kick.

A big head kick from Piaskun and Snap is sent sprawling to the canvas!

It looks like Serious Snap has been cut.

Snap is still in real trouble! Can Piaskun finish him?

Piaskun stands and steps away. Snap gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Serious Snap is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Piaskun feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Snap's calf.
Snap seems to have recovered his senses.
Snap takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Serious Snap seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Snap on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Snap is breathing heavily.

Piaskun has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Piaskun connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Snap some visible discomfort.
Piaskun has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Snap!

Piaskun has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Piaskun is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Snap goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Piaskun!
