The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Sarutobi.
Sarutobi pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Cox misses with a two punch combination.
Sarutobi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sarutobi closes the distance looking to clinch
and Cox counters with a nice uppercut.
Cox lands with a right and another and another! Sarutobi is in big trouble! Cox lands again and this time it's lights out for Sarutobi! A quality knockout there for Cox.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Chad Cox!
Chad Cox really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Scotia Wear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
