Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Crawford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ali Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ali Dog was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Robert Crawford! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ali Dog! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dog fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Crawford, pushing him back against the cage. Crawford looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Crawford is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Dog to keep the fight standing. Crawford tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dog just stands there and leans against the cage. Crawford jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dog walks away with a smile on his face. Crawford gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert Crawford. That's going to take a lot out of him. Crawford misses with a combination
letting Dog counter with a right hand. Dog gets in close and instigates a clinch. Crawford drags the fight down to the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action! Dog controlling from the top position. Crawford utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Dog trying to control the position from guard on top but Crawford is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dog showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Dog postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Dog sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Crawford's guard. Dog controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dog scoring with strikes to the body and head. Dog seems to be working for a kimura but Crawford defends the submission attempt. Crawford tries to kick Dog off but Dog keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Dog passes to full mount! Dog takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Dog landing shots from mount. Dog with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Crawford is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Dog has taken his back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dog looking for the choke but no joy. A bit of a pause in the action here. Dog controlling the positon. Crawford is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dog wants to control but Crawford is keeping busy. Dog controlling from the back. Dog drives through with a takedown into guard. Crawford kicks Dog off and gets to his feet. Dog dives in and scores a takedown into Crawford's guard. Dog stands up and waves to Crawford to follow him. Dog feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dog is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Dog tries to free his leg and advance position but Crawford is retaining full guard. Dog must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dog wants to control from the top but Crawford keeps moving. Dog's corner is telling him to maintain position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ali Dog. Dog closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Dog seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Dog prevents Crawford from escaping the position. Crawford is working to avoid the ground and pound but Dog connects with a decent elbow. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dog staying calm. Crawford defending against the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here as Dog stalls from top position. Crawford tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Dog with a couple of short strikes. Dog connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Oh Crawford is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Dog has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Dog trying to control but he's not successful this time. Crawford seems to have got his legs back now. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dog controlling the pace for now. Ali Dog showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Dog turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Dog just content to control the position. Dog looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dog controlling the position from side mount. Crawford wants to get back to his feet but Dog is dominant here and he's now got Crawford's back!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Dog tries to get the hooks in deep but Crawford pushed the leg off. Dog is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Dog's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Robert Crawford has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Crawford tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dog is in Crawford's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Crawford is wriggling around but Dog manages to pass to half guard.

He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Crawford tries to buck Dog off but he can't manage it. Dog controlling the pace for now. Dog can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Crawford is looking to escape.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ali Dog hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Dog throws a leg kick but Crawford sees it coming and checks it nicely. Dog darts in and clinches Crawford up against the cage.

Dog gets control of Crawford's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dog will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Crawford stopping the sweep attempt from Dog. Dog not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dog throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Ali Dog is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dog shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
And that's the end of the fight! Ali Dog comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dog has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
