Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kryptmaker Coffinstuffer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marshall Brody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coffinstuffer scores with a takedown into Brody's guard.

Coffinstuffer wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Brody, who protects the arm well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Coffinstuffer is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Brody knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Brody tries to buck Coffinstuffer off but Coffinstuffer is having none of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Coffinstuffer wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Brody, who protects the arm well.
Brody bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Coffinstuffer shoots in looking for a takedown. Brody tries to sprawl out of it but Coffinstuffer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brody manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Coffinstuffer counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Coffinstuffer is looking to take a break and control but Brody is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Coffinstuffer is looking for a sweep. Brody is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Coffinstuffer is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Brody jumps into side control!
Brody remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Coffinstuffer is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Brody's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
