Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robin Carlgren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and nate kaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). nate kaka will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
kaka misses with a double jab.
kaka takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Carlgren changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. kaka looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Carlgren tries to move to mount but kaka blocks the move with his legs.
kaka is trying to get back to half guard.
Carlgren looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Carlgren tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Carlgren has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
kaka wants to get back to his feet but Carlgren drags him back down.
Carlgren tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Carlgren has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Carlgren is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but kaka is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

kaka is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
kaka looks gassed!
Carlgren working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Carlgren wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by kaka, who protects the arm well.
kaka manages to get back to half guard.
kaka manages to escape and get back to his feet!
kaka connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
nate kaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Carlgren throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
kaka drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
kaka won't allow Carlgren to sweep him here.
Carlgren manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Carlgren has hold of kaka's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and kaka manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Carlgren with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Carlgren goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now kaka is on top in guard.
Carlgren is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

kaka wants to control from the top but Carlgren keeps moving.
kaka must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Carlgren has a closed guard, preventing kaka from standing up.
Carlgren has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. kaka doesn't defend quickly enough and Carlgren has managed to lock this one up! Can kaka escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Carlgren on a fantastic submission victory.
