Cafrey throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Stephan Roller has been cut.
Roller throws a lazy uppercut
and Cafrey counters with a big head kick but Roller shrugs it off.
Roller throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Roller looks to score with a jab to the body but Cafrey is just out of range.
Stephan Roller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roller needs to keep his hands up - Cafrey had a free shot at his head there.
Roller throws an off balance right hand
enabling Cafrey to counter with a crisp jab.

Cafrey cracks Roller with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Roller falls to his knees and Cafrey doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
