The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolodin dives in and grabs Morris's left leg, looking for a takedown. Morris pushes down on Kolodin's head and hops out.
Kolodin fails with the takedown.
Desmond Morris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kolodin checks a low kick from Morris.
Morris scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kolodin in his tracks.
Morris throws out a leg kick but Kolodin moves out of range and Morris only half commits.
Kolodin takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Morris thumps Kolodin with a low kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Morris misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kolodin.
Morris throws a push kick but Kolodin slaps the foot to one side.
Morris lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kolodin at a distance.
A head kick from Morris lands but Kolodin takes it in his stride.
Morris drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Kolodin right on the button. Kolodin goes down! Morris follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Morris gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Desmond Morris!
