Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mk Ultra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ultra comes to the cage accompanied by Big Bad - Satriani. Roger Gomez has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mk Ultra's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ultra connects with a jab.

Ultra does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Ultra tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gomez paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gomez takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ultra lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gomez takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Good leg kick by Ultra there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Ultra stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ultra wants it to stay on the feet.
Mk Ultra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roger Gomez.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gomez is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ultra is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Gomez.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Gomez might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Ultra has got the better of the exchanges.
