Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Spider Machida!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McPunches takes a jab right on the kisser.
Machida feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to McPunches's calf.
Machida bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Machida feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits McPunchess jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Machida lands with a right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Machida looks to score with a jab to the body but McPunches is just out of range.
McPunches takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
McPunches throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
McPunches swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Machida shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. McPunches defends it nicely.
McPunches throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Machida scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Machida throws a front kick that sends McPunches stumbling back into the cage.
McPunches is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Machida lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Machida lands with a straight right. McPunches didn't see that one coming.
Machida cracks McPunches with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends McPunches tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Machida pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! McPunches is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Spider Machida!
Our winner, Spider Machida, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
