The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayate keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Mouzone shoots in but Hayate avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Mouzone fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hayate sprawls well initially but Mouzone persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mouzone wants to control but Hayate is keeping him busy.

Mouzone closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Mouzone lands in his opponent's guard.

Hayate isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mouzone stacks Hayate on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mouzone!

I would just about give that final round to Marlo Mouzone.
Well Mouzone has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
