The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirkpatrick takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Kirkpatrick scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
McClusky throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kirkpatrick uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from McClusky.
McClusky missing with a left hand there. Kirkpatrick was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McClusky lands a body shot.
Kirkpatrick looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McClusky cracks Kirkpatrick with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. McClusky has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kirkpatrick to stand back up!
Kirkpatrick is rocked!
It looks like Harold Kirkpatrick has been cut.
Kirkpatrick glances at the clock... BAM! McClusky nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Kirkpatrick crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Kirkpatrick is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jack McClusky!
