Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tony Zaldiar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evgen Konstantinov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zaldiar comes into the arena with El Rey blaring out of the sound system. Evgen Konstantinov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Evgen Konstantinov!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Konstantinov tries to clinch but Zaldiar moves out of range.
Konstantinov is looking to clinch but Zaldiar is avoiding it.
Zaldiar lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Evgen Konstantinov has been cut.
Zaldiar swats away the attempt to clinch by Konstantinov.
Zaldiar circles away from the clinch attempt
and Zaldiar counters with a straight right hand.
Konstantinov on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zaldiar works Konstantinov's body with a nice hook.
Konstantinov moves in looking to clinch but Zaldiar pushes him off.
Zaldiar connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Konstantinov is rocked!
Konstantinov tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Zaldiar counters with a left to the body.
Konstantinov is still on wobbly legs! Can Zaldiar finish him?
Konstantinov looks gassed!
Zaldiar ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Konstantinov's jaw. Konstantinov's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Zaldiar does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tony Zaldiar!
