Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vasyl Kondor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and FrAn CrO (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying CrO's choice of entrance music: Eminem - Not Afraid. FrAn CrO will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vasyl Kondor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, FrAn CrO!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

CrO lands a big right hand that sends Kondor crashing to the mat! CrO stays standing though and waves Kondor back to his feet!


It looks like Vasyl Kondor has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kondor keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
CrO finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Kondor shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. CrO is trying to defend but Kondor finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Kondor is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, CrO has escaped the position, nice work there.

CrO moves into full guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

CrO tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

CrO throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kondor tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. CrO is in Kondor's guard.

Kondor is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

CrO must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

CrO looking to sit in guard and control but Kondor gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

CrO is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Kondor stands up over CrO, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

CrO walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Kondor checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
CrO misses with a two punch combination.
CrO throws a push kick but Kondor slaps the foot to one side.
FrAn CrO seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
CrO throws a head kick that misses.

Kondor feints and as CrO raises his hands in defense, Kondor changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Kondor is in close to CrO's body, working some short punches and elbows.
CrO is trying to control the position but Kondor postures up.
Kondor connects with a couple of short punches.
CrO wants to sweep here but Kondor controlling him for the moment.
CrO keeping moving, preventing Kondor from controlling successfully.
Kondor is working CrO over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

CrO fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kondor.
CrO throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
CrO tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kondor is able to avoid easily.
CrO throws a jab when Kondor was well out of range.

Kondor looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
CrO tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Kondor is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
CrO is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kondor's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kondor's back!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
CrO throws a series of strikes and Kondor wriggles onto his back, so he's now mounted. He's in real trouble here.
Kondor wants to control but CrO is having none of it.

CrO with shots to the head and body - Kondor looks very uncomfortable down there.
CrO thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
CrO looking to control but Kondor is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

CrO is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

OK we're going to have a standup here. FrAn CrO hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
CrO misses with a head kick.
FrAn CrO has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
CrO throws a hook but Kondor avoids it easily.

Kondor shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Kondor working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Kondor decides to stand up.
CrO throws a hook to the side of Kondor's head but Kondor sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
CrO misses with a wild body shot.
Kondor swats away the attempt to clinch by CrO.
CrO throws a head kick that misses.
Vasyl Kondor is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
A jab from CrO misses.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kondor drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

CrO is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kondor is aware though and is defending well.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kondor's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Kondor postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

And that's the end of the fight!
Vasyl Kondor showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kondor, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
