Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crakudo Da Central (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vitor Belfort! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Crakudo Da Central! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Da Central throws a leg kick that is checked and Belfort counters with a nice double leg into side control. Da Central won't be happy with that. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Belfort controls the position from side control. Da Central wants to get back to his feet. Da Central trying to remain calm as Belfort controls from the top position. Da Central is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Belfort takes a little break here. Da Central wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Vitor Belfort wasn't doing enough on the ground. Belfort looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Belfort content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Da Central is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Belfort jumps into side control! Da Central is trying to improve his position. Da Central is being controlled here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Belfort's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Vitor Belfort wasn't doing enough on the ground. Belfort shoots in and bounces Da Central off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Belfort advances to half guard. Da Central pushes Belfort off but Belfort dives into side control.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Belfort happy to just control the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Da Central is trying to buck Belfort off. Da Central is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. You can see the frustration on Da Central's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. You can see the frustration on Da Central's face as Belfort controls the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vitor Belfort dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Da Central throws a right and a left that both miss. Belfort closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Da Central quickly recovers to half guard. Vitor Belfort overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Belfort sitting and controlling from the half guard. Da Central wants to control but Belfort is keeping busy.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. A jab from Da Central does it's job there. Da Central misses with a wild combination.
Da Central moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Vitor Belfort has been cut. Da Central throws a right hand that Belfort ducks under and follows up with a left that Belfort also avoids with ease. Belfort throws a series of punches but Da Central moves out of range. Da Central leaves Belfort with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Da Central closes the distance and clinches up with Belfort, looking for a takedown. Da Central pushes Belfort against the cage but Belfort circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Da Central fails to land with a series of punches.

Da Central is trying to get back to his feet. Da Central is breathing heavily. Da Central is trying to escape the position but Belfort is controlling the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Vitor Belfort. Belfort checks the leg kick nicely there.
Da Central closes the distance but Belfort moves to the side and Belfort counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Belfort in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Belfort slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Da Central. Belfort sitting and controlling from the half guard. Belfort has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Da Central is trying to get back to full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Still in half guard, Belfort seems content to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vitor Belfort dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Vitor Belfort's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Da Central misses with a double jab
and Belfort counters with a takedown into side control. A lull in the action here. Da Central taking punishment in the form of punches.
Belfort misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Belfort lands a decent elbow from side control. Belfort happy to just control the position for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Vitor Belfort wasn't doing enough on the ground. Belfort looks for a takedown but Da Central sprawls well. Da Central rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Belfort moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Da Central throws a wild body kick that Belfort sees coming a mile off. Da Central falls off balance throwing a combination
and Belfort counters with a shoot takedown. Da Central fights it but they end up in guard. Belfort controlling from the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Da Central wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Belfort manages to pass to side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Belfort is controlling the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Da Central is in trouble now - Belfort has advanced to mount! Belfort lands a big elbow. Belfort sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Poor strikes thrown by Belfort there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
And that's the end of the fight! Vitor Belfort showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Belfort, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
