Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edward Richtofen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zack Ewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ewart has chosen Cemetary Gates as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Edward Richtofen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ewart has a takedown stuffed. Ewart shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Richtofen as he avoids it easily. Ewart dives in and grabs Richtofen's left leg, looking for a takedown. Richtofen pushes down on Ewart's head and hops out. Edward Richtofen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zack Ewart. Richtofen scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Richtofen thuds his right hand into Ewart's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Richtofen thows a body kick. Ewart tries to catch it but that hurt him. Richtofen thumps Ewart with a low kick. Ewart looks gassed! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ewart shoots in and drives through. Richtofen sprawls well. Richtofen scores with a leg kick.
Richtofen fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Ewart is trying desperately to land a takedown but Richtofen is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Ewart. Ewart gets tackled into the cage by Richtofen. Richtofen maintains the clinch. Richtofen has a couple of punches blocked by Ewart.

That's one minute gone in the round. Richtofen scores with a nice hook to the head. Richtofen just leaning against Ewart, taking a breather. Ewart is trying to force a seperation but Richtofen has the dominant position. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Richtofen takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Ewart tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Richtofen just stands there and leans against the cage. Richtofen gets through Ewart's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ewart doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Richtofen lands a body punch in the clinch. Richtofen lands a body punch. Richtofen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Richtofen will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Ewart up against the cage. Richtofen swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Richtofen lands a body shot. The referee calls for Richtofen to work.
Richtofen lands on the inside with an uppercut. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Richtofen creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

A short uppercut from Richtofen. Richtofen just leaning against Ewart, taking a breather. Ewart wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Ewart tries to pull guard but Richtofen won't allow it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ewart taking a breather. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Richtofen creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. A nice left hand lands by Richtofen.

The referee is keeping an eye on Richtofen - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Edward Richtofen. Richtofen uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ewart. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Richtofen doesn't manage to clinch there - Ewart circles away.
A nice inside leg kick there by Richtofen. That's going to slow Ewart down. Richtofen bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Edward Richtofen dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Ewart takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Ewart takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ewart is rocked! Richtofen moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Ewart is still on wobbly legs! Can Richtofen finish him? Ouch! a nice leg kick from Richtofen, right into the meat.
This has been an exciting period of action! Ewart stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Richtofen. Richtofen cracks Ewart with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Ewart falls to his knees and Richtofen doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edward Richtofen!
