Hara kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Armin van Buuren - Sail. Collosus has chosen Dean Malenko - Bad Ass Theme Song as his entrance music. Allistair Collosus has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Josh Hara's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Allistair Collosus!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hara takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Hara is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Collosus is just riding it out for now. Hara eventually gives up the hold.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hara is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Hara throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Collosus to regain full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hara missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Collosus pushes Hara off and scrambles back to his feet.

Hara shoots in and bounces Collosus off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Collosus utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hara has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Hara is looking to work some ground and pound but Collosus has wrist control.
Hara throws a big right hand that misses.
Hara loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Hara throws an elbow that misses. Collosus uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hara's guard. Nice move by Collosus!
Collosus must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Hara is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Hara bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Collosus's guard.

Collosus pushes Hara off and gets back to his feet.
Collosus lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Collosus.


It looks like Josh Hara has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Collosus cracks Hara with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Collosus enables Hara to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Collosus manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Hara is breathing heavily.
Hara distracts Collosus with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Collosus decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Hara, up you get!
Allistair Collosus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hara tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Collosus swivels and escapes.
Hara steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Collosus.
Collosus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hara circles away quickly and effectively.
Collosus cracks Hara with an open hand slap.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Allistair Collosus will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Josh Hara's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!


Collosus throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hara sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Hara drives through with a takedown into guard.

Collosus is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Hara has Collosus pressed against the cage, preventing Collosus from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Hara pulls guard effortlessly.
Collosus won't allow Hara to sweep him here.
Collosus connects with a couple of short punches.
Collosus throwing strikes from guard but Hara blocks nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hara is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Collosus rolls with it to try and escape but Hara cranks on the arm and Collosus is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Josh Hara!
