Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Matt Roberts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Charles Booth! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Booth keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Roberts throws a head kick but Booth moves out of range.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Booth. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Roberts tries to get back to half guard but can't. Booth controls the position. Booth working away. Booth tries to advance to mount but can't. Roberts is trying to get back to half guard. Booth trying to control the action but Roberts is working from the bottom. Booth really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roberts. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Charles Booth has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Roberts gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Booth looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Roberts working a defensive guard here.

Horrible takedown by Roberts or perhaps it was just good defense by Booth which made him look bad. Roberts misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Booth closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Roberts's guard. Roberts is pulling down on Booth's head to control his posture. Booth throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

They are putting on a show! Booth's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Booth wants to stand but Roberts has his arm trapped. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

And that's the end of the fight! Charles Booth comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Booth has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
