Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fryer dives in and grabs Miller's left leg, looking for a takedown. Miller pushes down on Fryer's head and hops out. Fryer throws a push kick but Miller slaps the foot to one side. Fryer moves out of range of the leg kick from Miller. Fryer fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Miller sprawls well initially but Fryer persists and gets the takedown into half guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Miller tries to get to full guard but Fryer has control of the leg. Fryer working over Miller with some ground and pound. Miller looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Miller is trying to get back to full guard. Miller has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fryer is working away from the top position though. Fryer has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Fryer is taking a breather. Miller says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Miller is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Fryer scores with a couple of nice shots. Fryer trying to control the action but Miller is working from the bottom. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Miller wants to improve his position but Fryer is controlling well.

Miller takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Miller is working to avoid the ground and pound but Fryer connects with a decent elbow. Fryer lands a few punches from side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Miller tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Fryer wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Fryer in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Fryer in side control lands a decent elbow.
Miller is rocked! Fryer moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller is looking for a sweep. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Miller on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Miller is looking for a sweep. Fryer is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Miller's shoulder. That is not cool. Fryer cracks Miller with a big right hand but Miller just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Fryer landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Fryer misses with an uppercut. Miller saw that one coming. Fryer moves away from the strike by Miller. Miller moves out of range of the strikes. Miller gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fryer to score an easy takedown into full guard. Miller looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fryer is one step ahead there. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Fryer's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Fryer won't allow Miller to sweep him here. Fryer pushing down on Miller's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Fryer lands strikes from half guard. Fryer stalling. Fryer stops Miller from getting back to his feet.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Miller wants to get back to full guard but Fryer has passed into side control. Miller is trying to get back to half guard. Miller is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fryer scores with a couple of short elbows. Fryer working the body and head with strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miller takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Miller taking punishment in the form of punches.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Miller can't do much from the bottom here. Miller is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Fryer lands an elbow. Fryer lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Fryer lands a strong strike to the head of Miller. That's dazed him! Fryer looking to finish here. Miller is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Fryer lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
