Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lebron James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Sonny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jim Sonny has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lebron James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jim Sonny! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by James!
It looks like Jim Sonny has been cut. James lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Sonny misses with an uppercut. Sonny is trying hard to land a takedown here. James sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. James steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sonny. Jim Sonny seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sonny shoots in looking for a takedown but James manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sonny's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. James works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Sonny takes a shot to the body in his stride.
James throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
James stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. James keeps Sonny at a distance using the push kick. Sonny takes a kick to the side of the head. Sonny takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Sonny looks gassed! James throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Sonny changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. James tries to avoid it but Sonny manages to keep hold of a leg and drag James to the ground. James escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lebron James has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Sonny.
That's one minute gone in the round. James throws a shot to the body.
James lands a left and a right that send Sonny crashing to the mat, dazed. James thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Sonny is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! James connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Sonny to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by James!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Lebron James!
