Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Koji Kenjahara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Klaus VonMueller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kenjahara comes to the ring accompanied by Roll wit Uz by Thai. On his way into the ring it seems that Koji Kenjahara has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Koji Kenjahara seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Koji Kenjahara! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Klaus VonMueller! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice defenses there by Kenjahara. A left and a right from VonMueller both land. Nice combination. VonMueller pulls out of a head kick attempt.
VonMueller misses with a straight right. VonMueller misses with the combination.
VonMueller throws a right hand that Kenjahara ducks under and follows up with a left that Kenjahara also avoids with ease. Kenjahara slips a jab and a cross from VonMueller.
VonMueller jabbing away but nothing is landing. VonMueller throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kenjahara. Kenjahara closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Kenjahara prevents VonMueller from breaking the clinch. VonMueller prevents a takedown attempt there.
Kenjahara is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. VonMueller gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. VonMueller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kenjahara has him pressed against the ropes. Kenjahara tries to pull guard but VonMueller holds him up against the ropes and eventually Kenjahara drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Koji Kenjahara. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kenjahara jumps guard.
VonMueller stands and steps away. Kenjahara gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Kenjahara decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. VonMueller looks like he's trying to stand up.
Kenjahara trying to control the action but VonMueller is working from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's one minute gone in the round. VonMueller is trying to stand up here but Kenjahara is controlling him well. VonMueller kicks Kenjahara off and gets back to his feet. VonMueller looks gassed! VonMueller swinging wilding here.
VonMueller stuffs the takedown. Kenjahara tries to clinch up but VonMueller circles away and keeps his distance. Kenjahara slips a jab and a cross from VonMueller.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by VonMueller!
Kenjahara changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. VonMueller looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Kenjahara is looking to take a break and control but VonMueller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kenjahara has hold of VonMueller's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! VonMueller tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kenjahara cranks the arm and VonMueller screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from VonMueller, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Koji Kenjahara! Koji Kenjahara retains his bantamweight title!
