Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Gordon Freeman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kevin Reabker! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reabker shoots in and bounces Freeman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Freeman preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Reabker trying to control but Freeman is working from the bottom. Reabker with a nice head shot there. Reabker loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Reabker got a little sloppy there for a moment and Freeman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Reabker has managed to get both his arms back between Freeman's legs - danger averted. Reabker is working Freeman over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. That's one minute gone in the round. Reabker throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Freeman works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Reabker throws a big elbow that misses. Reabker missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Reabker postures up and lands a big shot to Freeman's brow. Reabker throws a big elbow that misses. Freeman wants to sweep but no luck. Freeman lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Reabker! Freeman tries to control but Reabker wriggling away. Reabker is desperately trying to improve his position but Freeman has a good base and remains in mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reabker tries to lock up and control but Freeman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Freeman goes for an armbar but Reabker turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Reabker. Reabker scoring with some ground and pound. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Reabker with a flurry of punches that miss. Freeman looking for a guillotine here but Reabker defends easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Reabker controlling from the top position. Reabker must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Reabker wants to control from the top but Freeman keeps moving. Reabker working some strikes from top position. Freeman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Reabker manages to get himself to full guard.
Reabker wants to stand and escape but Freeman is having none of it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Freeman advances to half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Freeman is working for a kimura but Reabker is defending it quite comfortably.
Freeman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Reabker doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Freeman. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Reabker dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Reabker drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Reabker is working Freeman over with some ground and pound from side control. Reabker lands a nice forearm strike. Reabker wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Freeman, who protects the arm well. Freeman gets back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reabker throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Freeman to regain full guard. Reabker drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Freeman manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Reabker has Freeman in his guard. Reabker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Freeman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Reabker looking to hit a scissor sweep but Freeman is one step ahead there. Reabker has his hands on Freeman's head, controlling the position. Freeman looking to pass the guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reabker lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Freeman! Reabker landing punches. Freeman wants to hold on but Reabker pushes him away. Freeman is working to get back to half guard.
Reabker postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Freeman looks a forlorn figure.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Reabker throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Freeman because Reabker loaded up on that one.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Freeman blocking the ground and pound. Reabker fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Kevin Reabker has got the better of the ground game so far. Reabker tries to control but Freeman wriggling away. Reabker sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Reabker with good strikes from the mount here! Freeman working to try and regain half guard.
Reabker lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Freeman hang on? The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Reabker throwing strikes here but Freeman is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

It looks like Gordon Freeman has been cut. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Reabker cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Freeman tries to hold on but Reabker postures up. Reabker with shots to the head and body - Freeman looks very uncomfortable down there.
Gordon Freeman's cut is getting worse. Reabker landing strikes from the mount and Freeman is in trouble! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Reabker looking to finish Freeman with some ground and pound. This is bad for Freeman! Reabker dominating with strikes here.
Freeman is rocked! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Reabker lands a big elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Reabker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Gordon Freeman's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Reabker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Freeman fails with the takedown so Reabker counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Reabker loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Freeman had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Reabker defends it easily. Reabker postures up in Freeman's guard and throws a big left but Freeman blocks it. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Reabker is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Jeez, Gordon Freeman's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Gordon Freeman's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

A very excited looking Kevin Reabker made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
