Laden swings for the body but LaFleur moves out of range.
LaFleur wants to clinch.
Laden gets a takedown into half guard.
Laden is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Laden stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows LaFleur to get to his feet.
LaFleur shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Laden defends it nicely.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jack Laden.
