Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Amadeus Astra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Severi Turpaansaaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Astra comes to the cage accompanied by Once in a Lifetime. Turpaansaaja has chosen Bulls On Parade as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Astra with a nice cross.
Turpaansaaja is looking to land body kicks.
Turpaansaaja shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Turpaansaaja was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Astra is desperately trying to improve his position but Turpaansaaja has a good base and remains in mount.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Turpaansaaja connects with a nice short shot to Astra's temple.

Astra escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Turpaansaaja gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Astra checks the leg kick nicely there.
Turpaansaaja moves into the clinch.

Astra is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Turpaansaaja to keep the fight standing.

Astra tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Turpaansaaja just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Amadeus Astra. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Astra lands a left hand that snaps the head of Turpaansaaja backwards.
Astra pulls guard effortlessly.
Turpaansaaja stands up over Astra, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Astra is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Turpaansaaja lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Oh Astra is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Turpaansaaja is pushing down on Astra's leg trying to pass to half guard. Astra is fighting to maintain full guard but Turpaansaaja has managed to sneak the leg through.
Turpaansaaja seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Turpaansaaja lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Astra! More strikes land and this one is all over! Turpaansaaja jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
