Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Selwoods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Quinton Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 23 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mark Selwoods! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, John Kavanagh and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Selwoods has his takedown stuffed enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab. Selwoods takes one to the side of the head.
Jones throws a nice looking combination but Selwoods bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Jones fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jones lands a head shot. Jones uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Selwoods has time to react. Jones connects with a right hand. Selwoods shakes it off. No luck for Selwoods with that takedown attempt. Jones lands a nice looking body shot.
Selwoods dodges the punch combination from Jones.
Selwoods shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jones napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Selwoods thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Selwoods goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Jones rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Selwoods's guard! Nice work there by Jones! Selwoods working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Jones has passed into half guard!
Selwoods is looking to improve his position.
Jones looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Selwoods is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jones pulls his head out easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Selwoods is trying to maintain the position but Jones is very close to passing his half guard. Selwoods tries to roll over but Jones keeps him under control. Selwoods controlling the position well. Selwoods is trying to control but can't.
Selwoods is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jones pulls his head out easily. Jones decides to stand up. Quinton Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jones throws a series of punches but Selwoods avoids them all with ease.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones scores with a shot to the body.
Selwoods shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jones but Jones pushes him off and we're back to square one. Quinton Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Selwoods. A left and a right from Jones both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Mark Selwoods has been cut. A looping hook to the body misses from Jones. Selwoods does a little dance to reset his feet. Selwoods changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Selwoods manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A left and a right from Jones both land. Nice combination. Selwoods showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jones.
Selwoods looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Jones throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Jones lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Quinton Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Selwoods on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Selwoods moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jones throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Selwoods. Jones scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Selwoods is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jones.
Selwoods is rocked! Jones drops Selwoods with a naaaaasty hook - Selwoods is in real trouble here! Jones dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
