Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luke Skylewalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krokodil Zelenij (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krokodil Zelenij has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Luke Skylewalker's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luke Skylewalker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Krokodil Zelenij!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skylewalker lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zelenij circles away quickly and effectively.
No luck for Zelenij with that takedown attempt.
Skylewalker gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Zelenij to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Skylewalker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zelenij is controlling him.
Skylewalker trying to keep a closed guard but Zelenij is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zelenij's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Zelenij tries to free his leg and advance position but Skylewalker is retaining full guard.

Zelenij is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Zelenij tries to clinch but Skylewalker is having none of it.
Zelenij misses with a two punch combination.
Zelenij shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Skylewalker throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Zelenij counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Skylewalker's guard now.
Zelenij trying to control the position from guard on top but Skylewalker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Zelenij won't allow Skylewalker to get back to his feet.
Zelenij stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Skylewalker swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Skylewalker is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Zelenij engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Skylewalker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Zelenij is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Skylewalker misses with a lunging right hand
and Zelenij counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zelenij misses with a wild body shot.
Skylewalker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Zelenij fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Luke Skylewalker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krokodil Zelenij.
Zelenij shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Skylewalker manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Zelenij slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Skylewalker wants to stand and escape but Zelenij is having none of it.
Zelenij throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Skylewalker is looking to stand up but Zelenij isn't so interested in that idea.

Zelenij sitting in guard, not really doing much.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Skylewalker breaks from the clinch.
Zelenij is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Skylewalker scores with a jab to the jaw.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Skylewalker lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Krokodil Zelenij dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Zelenij tries to clinch up.
Zelenij on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Skylewalker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Skylewalker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zelenij.
Zelenij shoots in for a takedown but Skylewalker shows good takedown defense.
Skylewalker throws a nice looking combination but Zelenij bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Luke Skylewalker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Skylewalker misses with a few strikes there.
Skylewalker looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Skylewalker leaves Zelenij with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

A jab lands there for Skylewalker.
Zelenij connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Skylewalker momentarily.

Skylewalker dips to his left and cracks Zelenij with an uppercut!
Zelenij thows a body shot but no joy.
Luke Skylewalker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Skylewalker cracks a nice hook into Zelenij's ribs.
Zelenij shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Luke Skylewalker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krokodil Zelenij.
A jab from Zelenij finds it's way through Skylewalker's defenses.
Zelenij misses with a shot to the body
and Skylewalker makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Zelenij really felt that one!
Skylewalker looks to land a right hand but Zelenij moved out of range.
Skylewalker swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Zelenij.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Skylewalker circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Zelenij drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Skylewalker follows Zelenij to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
